12th Annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Cleanup, Peace March, and Celebration

Join us for the 12 year anniversary of our annual MLK Jr. Day Clean Up, Peace March, and Celebration! West Side Grows Together and partners will host the 12th Annual Martin Luther King Jr. Day Clean Up, Peace March, and Celebration on Monday, January 15th. The theme this year is “Good Trouble”.

A community clean up will commence in the area surrounding the brand new MSK Community Center at 1009 Sycamore Street at 10:30am to noon, immediately followed by a 2 mile-long peace march from noon to 1pm, leading back to the community center for a community celebration from 1 to 3pm featuring local artists, live music, and special guest speakers all presented by Delaware Music Network, and community resources, advocacy opportunities, family-friendly activities, and a free community meal.
